1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under the required age, you must have parental consent to use the app. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on your behalf or your child's. 

You must explicitly accept these Terms and Conditions and our Community Guidelines during account registration by tapping the “Agree & Continue” button. You will not be able to use the platform unless you provide this consent.

 
2. Privacy Policy

Your use of our app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We encourage you to carefully read our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.​

 
3. User Accounts
  • Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address or phone number. You may be asked to provide additional information, including a username and password.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the app or its users.

 
4. Subscription policy
  • Subscription Plans

    • We offer the Annual subscription plan:

    • Annual Subscription: It can be renewed at a discounted rate.

    • Details of features included in each plan are available within the app.

  •  Subscription Fees

    • Pricing: Subscription fees will be displayed on the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region. All fees  do not include applicable taxes.

    • Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

  • Refund Policy

    • No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to premium features for the remainder of the billing period.

    • Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances (such as billing errors), refunds may be issued at our discretion.

  • Modifications to Subscription Plans

    • We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, including prices and features. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to accept the changes or cancel your subscription.

 
5. Content Ownership
  • Your Content: You retain all rights to any content (including videos, images, and comments) that you create and upload to the app. You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it.

  • License Grant: By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content across our platforms. This license continues even if you delete your content, unless you request its complete removal.

 

6. User Conduct

You agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:

  • Prohibited Content: You may not post any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that promotes hate speech, violence, or harassment.

  • Impersonation: You must not impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to Infra Tech Software Services P.L.C officials or other users, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

  • Commercial Use: You may not use the app for any unauthorized commercial purposes without prior consent from Infra Tech Software Services P.L.C. This includes advertising, promoting other services, or soliciting users.

  • Sydro has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user who uploads or engages in such activity will have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.

 
7. Moderation and Enforcement

We take the safety of our community seriously. We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect, review, and remove content that violates our policies.

 

Users can report content or accounts directly within the app. Reported content is reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and appropriate action is taken, including content removal and account suspension.

 

We also allow users to block other users to prevent further interaction.

 

Reporting and Blocking:

Users can report videos, comments, and user profiles that violate our policies through the in-app reporting feature. Users may also block other users to prevent further communication or interaction.

8. Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: All content within the app, including, but not limited to, graphics, text, software, music, and logos, is owned by Sydro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • User License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content from the app without our prior written consent.

9. Termination
  • User Termination: You may deactivate your account at any time through your account settings.

  • Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms, or if we believe your conduct could harm the app or its users.

 
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Exclusion of Damages: Sydro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the app.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for access to the app in the preceding year, if applicable.

11. Changes to Terms
  • Modification: We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you via email or through the app.

  • Acceptance of New Terms: Your continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Ethiopia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ethiopia.
